Three Circles

Project Thumbnail

Closing the Apple Watch rings is often associated with working out.
But being active goes far beyond exercise.

Three Circles reinterprets activity by showing that movement lives in the everyday. Through a fast-paced collage of circular moments — turning a faucet, stirring coffee, spinning wheels, tracing lines — the film captures a full day without ever revealing the protagonist’s face.

Each action forms a circle.
Each circle reflects real movement.

By the end of the day, the Apple Watch reveals what was already there: all three rings are closed.

Because staying active isn’t about doing more.
It’s about noticing everything you already do.
